Clay E. Morel
Founder, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President
Clay Morel is responsible for the vision and strategy of the Atterro Human Capital Group which provides three primary services: Specialty Staffing, Contingent Workforce Solutions and Recruitment Process Outsourcing and operates 6 specialty brands; Blue Edge RPO for Recruitment Process Outsourcing; Digital People for Creative, Interactive and Marketing; Hunter Hamilton for Finance and Accounting; Pro Staff for Administrative and Light Industrial; Technical ProSource for Information Technology; and Ware Technology Services for Engineering.
Mr. Morel’s experience ranges from serving as COO for an international software company and holding executive positions with several staffing firms. Today, Mr. Morel maintains an active, hands-on role with many of Atterro’s key customers.
Michael J. Kennedy
Chief Financial Officer
Mike Kennedy is responsible for managing Atterro’s financial and administrative support operations. In this executive leadership role, he focuses on financial planning and reporting, risk management, capital attainment, banking, contracts, compliance and corporate governance.
Mr. Kennedy joined Atterro after serving as the chief financial officer at Sage Electrochromics, Inc. since 2001. He has served other corporations as chief financial officer since 1996 and has been vice-president-treasurer. He is a certified public accountant with extensive background in M&A transactions, SEC reporting, investor relations, private and institutional financing and cash management activities.
Candice A. Winterringer
Senior Vice President, Strategic Solutions
Candice Winterringer is responsible for Atterro Continent Workforce Solutions and Blue Edge RPO. In this role, she works closely with clients to understand their strategic business objectives and to ensure Atterro and Blue Edge meets all expected deliverables, timelines and budgets.
Ms. Winterringer has held various executive leadership positions at Atterro, serving as regional vice president, vice president of business development and vice president of marketing. During her tenure, she has developed and led high performance service delivery teams in support of numerous national and global clients.
Greg D. Jensen
Senior Vice President, Pro Staff and Ware Technology Services
Greg Jensen is responsible for the development, growth, and expansion of Pro Staff’s administrative and light industrial staffing solutions and Ware’s engineering solutions. This includes setting the overall strategy; assembling the management, sales, and service delivery teams; and driving results across all of the Pro Staff and Ware markets.
Mr. Jensen brings 20 years of industry experience in multiple specialties including IT, engineering, administrative, and light industrial. He has held various positions in recruiting, sales, and management and has extensive experience developing customized human capital solutions.
Susan Y. Rylance
Senior Vice President, Marketing and Talent Acquisition
Susan Rylance is responsible for the creation and execution of the overall marketing strategy for Atterro and its six specialty brands. She oversees the go-to-market strategy, brand awareness, corporate and field marketing activities, advertising, public relations and interactive initiatives for all Atterro brands.
Ms. Rylance has been with Atterro for 16 years and has held many key roles throughout the company. She has participated and been on the boards of various organizations to include the Midwest Direct Marketing Association. Ms. Rylance has demonstrated success as a top leader in both sales and management, and has been instrumental in developing effective teams.
Teri H. Calderon
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Teri Calderon leads Atterro’s programs for Employee Retention and Engagement, Incentives and Rewards, Training and Development, as well as taking responsibility for matters involving Human Resources Compliance.
Ms. Calderon has been with Atterro for 13 years in various human resources capacities. Throughout her 20-year career in the human resources field, Ms. Calderon has focused on aligning people’s strengths with the goals and strategy of the organizations she has served. She currently serves as a board member for the Metropolitan State University Foundation, and is also an active member of SHRM.
Senior Vice President, Professional Services
Senior Vice President Laura Kelley has oversight in the strategic direction, expansion, and operation of Atterro’s Digital People, Hunter Hamilton, and Technical ProSource brands. A key area of her focus is to create strategies to increase market share and margins, while developing the management, sales, and service delivery teams.
Ms. Kelley brings 20 years of staffing industry experience to the role, with a focus in information technology, finance and accounting, and marketing. Recognized as a “Circle of Excellence” leader, Ms. Kelley has led award-winning sales teams and has a track record for designing creative solutions to exceed business goals.
