Clay Morel is responsible for the vision and strategy of the Atterro Human Capital Group which provides three primary services: smartSourcing, Staffing, and Executive Search and operates 4 specialty brands; Digital People Creative and Marketing; Hunter Hamilton Finance and Accounting; Pro Staff Administrative and Light Industrial; and Ware Technology Services.

Mr. Morel’s experience ranges from serving as COO for an international software company and holding executive positions with several staffing firms. Today, Mr. Morel maintains an active, hands-on role with many of Atterro’s key customers.

Founder, Executive Vice President of Strategic Alliances

As Executive Vice President Strategic Alliances and one of the company’s founders, Michael Morris is responsible for developing and implementing Atterro’s strategic alliance strategy in alignment with an organization’s mission, values, and strategic goals. Mr. Morris serves as the executive leader overseeing Atterro’s Hunter Hamilton brand.

As a founding member, Mr. Morris has dedicated 25 years of his career to Atterro. Throughout his tenure, he has served in several roles throughout many aspects of the company, most recently as an executive leader of the Pro Staff brand. As is the case with Atterro’s leadership team, he continues to maintain relationship with key accounts. Mr. Morris also serves on the Board of Directors.

Mike Kennedy is responsible for managing Atterro’s financial and administrative support operations. In this executive leadership role, he focuses on financial planning and reporting, risk management, capital attainment, banking, contracts, compliance and corporate governance.

Mr. Kennedy joined Atterro after serving as the chief financial officer at Sage Electrochromics, Inc. since 2001. He has served other corporations as chief financial officer since 1996 and has been vice-president-treasurer. He is a certified public accountant with extensive background in SEC reporting, investor relations, private and institutional financing and cash management activities.

Vice President of SmartSourcing Architecture

Paul Sharps is responsible for SmartSourcing architecture, implementation design, and quality assurance for all SmartSourcing installations. Atterro’s SmartSourcing Services Group produces customized performance and profit improvement solutions for its clients. With an extensive background in IT and Technology Services, Mr. Sharps also provides executive oversight to Atterro’s Ware brand.

Mr. Sharps has served in various executive leadership roles including serving as Executive VP for an international business equipment and engineering firm and President and COO of an international firm specializing in IT Consulting. Mr. Sharps continued in executive positions in the IT and human capital industry and has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions and integrations in human capital businesses.

Candice Winterringer is responsible for the implementation, day-to-day operational execution and account management for Atterro's strategic accounts. In her role, she works closely with her clients to understand their strategic business objectives and deliverables, then she ensures Atterro meets all expected deliverables, timelines and budgets.

Ms. Winterringer has held various executive leadership positions within Atterro serving as regional vice president, vice president of business development and vice president of marketing. She has extensive experience developing and leading high performance service delivery teams for a variety of national and global clients.

As Vice President of Pro Staff, Greg Jensen is responsible for the development, growth, and expansion of Pro Staff’s Administrative and Light Industrial staffing solutions. This includes setting the overall strategy; assembling the management, sales, and service delivery teams; and driving results across all of the Pro Staff markets.

Mr. Jensen brings 17 years of industry experience in multiple areas of expertise including IT, Engineering, Administrative, and Light Industrial. He has held various positions in recruiting, sales, and management and has extensive experience developing customized human capital solutions.
